Assistance Desk

The QSystem Queue Management System allows system operators to handle a Physical or Virtual Workstation Terminals, or even both at once.

The virtual terminal is not always on screen, but is hidden to avoid hindering the operator`s work when using the different company applications, and is only displayed when the operator needs it.

The Terminal provides the following functions:

  • Call, recall or put a customer back on queue.
  • Transfer to other services.
  • Establish prelations.
  • Send messages to the supervisor, etc.
  • It also informs the operator about:
    The time the customer has waited.
    The amount of assistance time devoted to the client.
    Number of people waiting to be attended.
