Features
QCitas is the appointment booking system specially designed to organize
the appointments set on internet or/and by phone.
QCitas works separately or integrated in the Queue Management System, QSystem.
Appointment Confirmation
The user gets a confi rmation of their appointment, by SMS, email o downloading a PDF document, with all requested data by the service.
Alert Services
The alert service of QCitas sends a message to the user in order to remind the date, the hour and the shift appointment.
Statistical Report
QCitas shows information on real time from each service, and provides statistical
reports from all of them.
